The I-mate JASJAR is now shipping from Expansys - they have over 800 phones in stock. Interestingly this phone is not SIM locked, so no need to buy SIM unlock:
This phone is available handset only (SIM free) and unlocked, you can use your existing SIM from any of the UK or European GSM networks (Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2 etc.). If you require a connection with this phone, add the phone and one of the connection plans below to the shopping basket.

Please note that this phone is shipping with operating system in international English, with Qwerty keyboard, and without SIM lock. So contrary to T-Mobile MDA Pro that is sold in Germany with operating system in German, Qwertz (not Qwerty) keyboard, and with SIM lock (additional SIM unlock costs 100 Euro).
