"The Surface 3 fails on two vital aspects; it is too expensive (and priced too closely to the Surface Pro 3) and it is underpowered." I totally agree with TechRadar. I played with the Surface 3 at the Microsoft Store at Perimeter Mall, Atlanta and it was sluggish and underpowered like most Windows tablets save for the wonderful Surface 3 Pro I 5 and I 7 devices.
